What code doesn't do in real life

Hollywood directors seem to have this insatiable desire to dramatically exaggerate everything and/or completely deviate from reality in their movies. I’m not talking about intentionally stylized movies such as Kill Bill or Sin City (I love these). I am talking about movies where the intent seems to be to make the events feel real, yet they are so wrong in terms of physics or probability or other basic laws that it is an insult to the intelligence of the viewer.

Brian emailed me a link to this article on Drivl.com which dispels some of the myths about coding/programming/hacking that Hollywood movies have perpetuated. Pretty amusing.
